James D. Blandford, CPA – President
Mr. Blandford is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky. He received two degrees from the University of Louisville: a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration. He has worked in the fields of accounting and financial services throughout his career, holding a variety of positions in public accounting, asset management, insurance, and manufacturing. His focus is providing tax and advisory services to individuals and businesses with a proactive and progressive approach. Mr. Blandford is also an instructor for the University of Kentucky Income Tax Seminar Program.
Stacey L. Huff, CPA, CEBS – Vice President
Ms. Huff was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky graduating from Bellarmine College with a degree in Accounting. Ms. Huff has 25 years’ experience in the accounting profession, almost 20 of which were spent with two public accounting firms – a national public accounting firm as well as the largest public accounting firm in Kentucky. While Ms. Huff focuses most of her time at Klump & Blandford, PSC on individual and business taxation, she also has expertise in Affordable Care Act reporting and compliance as well as tax reporting and consulting for not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Huff is involved with the community serving as an active board member for various tax-exempt organizations.
William R. Klump, CPA – Partner Emeritus
Mr. Klump has been a CPA for over 40 years and practiced in public accounting for over 35 of those years. His focus during that time has been primarily income taxes, including individual, partnership, corporate, and estate taxes. He became the sole shareholder of William R. Klump, PSC in 1998 and an instructor in the University of Kentucky Income Tax Seminar Program in 1997, which includes his role as contributing editor of the Land Grant University Tax Education Foundation National Income Tax Workbook. Mr. Klump is also an Ordained Deacon of the Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville.
William W. Hollister, CPA – Partner Emeritus
Mr. Hollister graduated from Southern High School in Okolona, a suburb of Louisville, Kentucky, active in music and student government. He attended graduate courses at Florida State University during 1974 and 1975 after graduating from the University of Louisville in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Accounting). Bill is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPA’s and the Indiana Society of Public Accountants. After graduation, he worked for a CPA firm in New Albany, Indiana, while managing to work two of those years with his father’s business, Walter Hollister, Public Accountant. In 1978, he obtained his CPA credentials and rejoined his father’s firm to form the partnership which eventually became William W. Hollister, PSC. He has served as an officer in the Okolona Business and Professional Association and in the Louisville Suburban Rotary.
